One day in May 2021, out of the blue, Gianluca Bianchezi sent Cynthia Hinojosa a direct message over Instagram asking her what she was doing — that day. He received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education and a master’s degree in business administration from the institute’s Graduate School of Management and Business Administration. He is a web developer and the founder and chief executive of Sierra Labs Automation, a global software development company based in Monterrey.
