The third seed took just 67 minutes to wrap up a 6-1 6-2 win over the Italian and advance to the championship match, where either Carlos Alcaraz or Hubert Hurkacz awaits.
Bellucci was appearing in his first ATP semi-final, having beaten the likes of Daniil Medvedev and Stefanos Tsitsipas earlier in the week.
However, the 23-year-old was broken in the second and sixth games as De Minaur ran away with the opening set.

De Minaur, who is yet to drop a set this week, recorded his tour-leading 11th match win of 2025, while improving his record in Rotterdam to 13-4.
The Australian converted all four break-point opportunities he created during the contest, as he reached his 18th ATP tour-level final.
De Minaur now looks to go the extra step and lift the trophycombonanza casino, having been runner-up to Jannik Sinner last year.
